Ok I thought these pictures would upload the opposite way so the bottom one is 8 weeks, the middle is 10, and the top is 12. I might be pushing out just a little :) The pictures make it look bigger than it is too but there is definately a little bump. Last week was my first appointment and the week before that we went to tour Bella Natal. It was really nice, especially the tub!! There was a birth happening so we didn't get to see the whole thing but I'm really excited to deliver there, unless we move. Everything about it is very calming and it will be really nice to have the space all to ourselves. It's basically a bedroom with a big bathroom, a kitchen, and a living room thats really a waiting room but it looks just like a living room. So its kinda like a home birth at someone else's house :) My appointment went good. I was still too early to hear the heartbeat which was a little disappointing but we'll get it next time. Other than that I just did a pee test and got weighed and then sat around and talked for about an hour. My midwife has an assistant who is training and I was a little leery about that at first but I really like her. Her name is Liz and she's from Australia and where Cathy is more calm, she is more excited and bubbly and I think I will like having both aspects. Other than that nothing much has happened. I feel great, the tired-ness isn't bothering me as much and as long as I don't let myself get too hungry I don't have any problems with being sick. I will admit though that my belly just looks like pudge at this point, so I'm excited to get just a little bigger so you can tell it's a baby.
